Delivery Charges and Time Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Deliveries within Hong Kong usually arrive within 3 business days for orders placed between Monday and Friday. (Subject to the availability of stock; remote districts may take longer for delivery.)
We welcome international orders and we offer different options (when available) for delivery that is selectable at checkout. Delivery time varies depending on the shipment option, trackable options will typically range from 7 to 10 business days. Non-trackable options like normal postal service may take longer. Delivery charges will vary depending on the type of products ordered and the shipping destination and cannot be refunded. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes and hotels. Customers should note that those countries which require custom clearance or import inspections may result in a longer delivery time.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. This is especially relevant for gift purchases during festive seasons. Other disruptions which are out of our control, such as government policies related to goods delivery during the pandemic, may also contribute to unexpected delays.

Return Requirements
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at eshop@god.com.hk to obtain confirmation about the return. Our customer service team will provide the necessary information to effect this.
Please note, we will only be responsible for return shipping charges upon confirmation thatof the damage and/or defect is not due to wear and tear and/or incorrect usage. We also strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we cannot process returns which fail to reach us.
Refunds / Replacements
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tailor-made items
- Displayed items
- Promotional items
- Breakable items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Taxes and Import Fees
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Upon checkout, some couriers may try to estimate these charges, however, please note that you remain responsible for any excess charges which may still be chargeable.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
Rejected Parcels and Incorrect Addresses
If a parcel is not accepted and needs to be returned to us, whether it’s because of an incorrect address provided by you or due to a refusal to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. If the cost of returning the goods exceeds the cost of the products, no refund or return will be carried out.
Free Shipping
For local delivery to a Hong Kong address, free delivery will be provided for orders with a net purchase of over HK$400. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. However, promotional terms may vary from time to time and you should refer to the displayed costs at the time of checkout for the correct charges.

Cancellation
Under normal circumstances, we do not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted. Please contact eshop@god.com.hk immediately if there is a specific reason for cancellation.

Pricing on GOD.com.hk
Prices on www.god.com.hk are set in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), with prices in other currencies displayed based on current exchange rates determined by the system. As such, prices in currencies other than HKD may fluctuate from time to time. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on www.god.com.hk at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in the case of a blatant error.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items. Once an item has been purchased whether online or in-store, no price adjustment will be offered. Prices between physical stores and various online channels may vary. We do not offer price adjustments on this variance.
Resale of Items
All products sold are for the customers’ use and shall not be commercially resold. G.O.D. reserves the right to refuse any purchase order which we suspect is for commercial resale.
Payment Methods and Security
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously - you can feel safe shopping with us. We only use credible third-party payment platforms such as PayPal and PayDollar to process your payments.

More credit card options are available through PayPal and PayDollar should your card does not match the above criteria.
You can pay through the PayPal option regardless of whether you have a PayPal account and access the range of accepted payment methods offered through PayPal.
We accept payment methods such as PayMe, AliPay, and WeChat Pay through PayDollar.
All transactions through any of the above methods are secure and encrypted.
We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers, when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
