Appreciation for traditional

This is the way spicy pickled vegetables are delivered to HK from Szechuan: pottery jars bundled and protected by rattan and bamboo strips.
This method has probably not changed for hundreds of years because it is cheap and practical.

In today's age of mass efficiency, lack of appreciation for traditional and overt concerns for health and safety,
I wonder how long will this tradition be maintained...
