May 7th to August 16th – Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York
An exhibition exploring the influence of Chinese aesthetics on Western fashion.
“It’s the biggest show we’ve ever done” says Anna Wintour.
The exhibition showcases many important and iconic designs from Chinese history along with contemporary inspirations from the likes of Tom Ford, John Galliano and Alexander McQueen.
The Exhibition’s Artistic Director is no other than one of Hong Kong’s most creative film directors, Wong Kar Wai.
Wish I was in New York to see this exhibition, so if you happen to be in the Big Apple, please go visit and send us some photos and let us know your thoughts on it.
