ANDY IVES - CLOSE CUTS
Hidden Hong Kong scenes play a central role in the photographer's works.
As soon as the artist and his friend saw this scene, they knew exactly what it was: the perfect HK street scene.
"We took photos here until the barber was sick of us".
Shot with a Sony a7ii, 55mm lens in Kwun Tong.
ANDY IVES - AUSTRALIA/ HONG KONG
Andy moved to Hong Kong from Australia in 2015 and fell in love. Neon signs, rain, and gritty street scenes are central to his compositions. He experiments with unnatural colours in editing. He creates futuristic and surreal photos.
Andy loves to shoot down to the street from above, trying to find small vantage points from a few floors up.
He currently spends his time between Hong Kong and Australia, travelling as much as he can in between. He has exhibited in HK, China and Australia and sold his work online for numerous brands.
