DESIGN TRUST: Critically Homemade, a community micro-initiative, channelling the power of design to deliver positive and creative response to COVID-19. Since April 2020, 130+ designers from 11 countries contributed 76 prototypes in response to a curatorial invitation and brief on DESIGN TRUST charity based in Hong Kong.
These thoughtful exquisite works and meaningful designs are available for purchase with all proceeds supporting Design Trust, an initiative of the Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design, a registered Charity since 2007, in their ongoing research grant programmes, and community projects. G.O.D.'s Why-Y masks are washable and reusable making them more environmentally-friendly than disposable paper masks. There is a soft and comfortable nose patch that prevents the mask from slipping down and a wire down the front to keep the mask off your nose and mouth.
