We use Paypal Express Checkout to process payments on our site. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You are not required to have a Paypal account to process an order.

All orders will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

We offer a 7 day refund period from when the product is delivered to you, all you have to do is contact us at eshop@god.com.hk, or send us a message on our LiveChat, and inform us that you'd like a refund on your order. We'll arrange for you to drop off your item at our store and we'll offer the full refund to you.

We strictly do not offer refunds on underwear that is out of the packaging, candles that have been used, or tea infusers.

Depending on the size, weight, and cost of your order, we may deem that the product is too small to ship back for a refund, and may simply reimburse you the travel and item cost.

G.O.D. will take no responsibility for items that are damaged in transit or delivery, and exchanges will not be made for products that have been damaged in the post. Make sure you pack your items carefully in order to make an exchange!

If an item has an evident fault or has been damaged prior to delivery, we will replace the item free of charge. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please photograph it in its original packaging and shipping box. For replacements, please contact eshop@god.com.hk, or send us a message on our LiveChat. Products that are faulty or damaged must be flagged within a reasonable amount of time, and the final decision shall be made by G.O.D. Limited.

Our stock is spread out across several locations, so just because an item says “Sold out online”, doesn't necessarily mean that we don't have stock - email us at eshop@god.com.hk, or send us a message on our LiveChat and we will check our stock levels to see if something is available in some of our other stores.

We do like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, however, so items that are completely out of stock don't usually see a return.

As our stock is spread out over several locations, there is a chance that we may have your size available, but that it's listed as Sold out on the online store. Any inquiries can be made by contacting us at eshop@god.com.hk, or by sending us a message on our LiveChat.

We have a large and varied selection of gifts that are perfect for corporate events. Please direct all inquiries about corporate retail to marketing@god.com.hk.

All of our products on our website are made with the highest available quality, and products requiring extra care should list instructions for looking after your product so that it stays just the same as the day you bought it.

Our overseas shipping costs are calculated by weight. To see an estimate of how much your order should cost, add the items you'd like to order to your cart. On the shopping cart page, the bottom right-hand panel should have a sign that says '+ Estimate Shipping costs'. Input your country and postcode to this system, which will give you a reliable calculation on how much you will have to spend on shipping.

As our shipping costs are weight influenced, orders with heavier items such as mugs, crockery and homewares tend to cost quite a bit more. However, we are exploring ways to implement a flat shipping rate for the future.

We certainly ship to most destinations, but sometimes a country simply hasn't been added to our checkout selection. If you get through to paying for your order and your country doesn't appear to be on the list, please contact us at eshop@god.com.hk, or send us a message on our live chat, and we'll add it as soon as we possibly can.

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and input your address in the 'Newsletter' box and click subscribe.

Unfortunately, we don't have a Wishlist function on our online store at the moment, however, we are looking to implement one.

G.O.D. only stocks genuine products, and you can be sure that all products on our online store are from original manufacturers.

We're always happy to review products that other people bring to us - just send us an email at eshop@god.com.hk with some images and information and we'll let you know.

If you wish to send a gift parcel to someone, all you have to do is click 'Leave a note about your order' in the shopping cart, then we'll make sure there are no invoices attached. Alternatively, you can email us beforehand at eshop@god.com.hk, or send a message to us via our LiveChat - we'll prepare your order as best we can!

We always endeavour to dispatch our parcels by the end of the working day the order was placed, so usually, it takes between 1-3 working days for a parcel to get to you. Outlying islands and districts may take slightly longer.

We fulfil orders as soon as possible after they've been placed, but if your fast enough we can catch them before they go out - send us an email at eshop@god.com.hk, or message us on our website LiveChat, and we'll try and cancel the order.

Orders that have left the building cannot be recalled, and we will be unable to refund them.

The same principle as cancelling your order, the sooner you can inform us that you'd like us to amend it the better. Contact us with your order number, along with a list of which items you want to be removed from/added to your order.

Our website does not hold your information after purchase, so there is no risk of data theft. Additionally, we use a very reputable and safe shopping platform that have all safety measures to protect our customers.

We do not currently offer tracking services for either our international or local deliveries, however, we are in the process of implementing them.
