Our exchange policy is offered for a 30 day period from receipt of the package, within which you must flag that you wish to have an item exchanged, along with a reason and a replacement. We will then ask you to post the item back at your cost, and we will assemble your exchange order and post it back to you. This can be done by contacting us at email@example.com or sending us a message on our LiveChat.
G.O.D. will take no responsibility for items that are damaged in transit or delivery, and exchanges will not be made for products that have been damaged in the post. Make sure you pack your items carefully in order to make an exchange!
We strictly do not offer exchanges on underwear that is out of the packaging, candles that have been used, or tea infusers.
