Since her mother first set up shop at the Graham Street intersection in the late 1970s, Ms. So has since taken over the family business supplying fresh produce to a diverse local and expat community and the Soho area, getting caught in the crossroads of continuity and change as the neighborhood surrounding Hong Kong's oldest wet market rapidly gentrifies.
